FAQ
What does “all-inclusive rent” mean?
It is a rental contract formula we have developed to make it easier and simpler to live in a shared accommodation away from home.
“All-inclusive rent” includes all the expenses typically necessary for daily living, such as:
- Condominium fees
- Bills
- Heating
- Internet connection
- Waste disposal tax
These expenses are already integrated and included in the monthly rent amount you will pay. This system allows you to know and plan in advance the total amount to be paid for the entire duration of the contract, avoiding the need to register utility contracts or manage bill payments among roommates.
What are the common areas of the house?
The common or shared areas are all parts of the house, excluding the rooms, so: the kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, terrace, and, if available, the veranda, living room, storage room, and garage.

Can I visit the room?
Rooming manages over 60 rooms in the city, and we are fully committed to meeting every request.
However, to respect the privacy of our tenants we suspend visits when rooms are occupied.
For this reason, we have created brochures with detailed photos and videos of the apartments, so you can visit the room you will live in as many times as you want.
If you want to see the video of your room, please contact us.
